SAFE SPACES FOR GROWTH
Our coaching is based on the intention for personal development and has a holistic perspective on the human being: Spiritual aspects, mindset, feelings and emotions, the body as a space for experience, and connections with a greater whole are all interrelated in people’s lives. If we hold something back in these areas, it often has repercussions physically, mentally and in our relationships. In an empathic space, our coaching opens doors to move, upgrade and renew.
Our workshops are safe spaces for development and growth in contact with the mind, heart, body and soul.

I founded Terra Life to unleash even more of the potential of human beings and organizations. It’s my passion is to serve as a space holder for development and growth. I meet leaders, teams and other employees with empathy where they are right now, open doors to new consciousness and a new mindset, and provide them with customized processes and tools to create new results.
My work is characterized by a dedication to what is possible for people, teams and organizations to achieve in terms of upgrades, agility and new ways of working.

I work with people in and through their change processes – together we strengthen resources and our body awareness. We experiment, feel and reflect in live encounters. In this way, we leave self-criticism and perfectionism and move towards even more compassion for ourselves and others. When I understand myself and the processes in my body better and am more and more willing to take full responsibility for my actions, something new can arise internally and externally.
